Ever since my adolescent junior-high mind was warped by the noisy angst of the early-Nineties Seattle scene, the grandiose mystique of Zeppelin, and the unearthly darkness of Sabbath, music has been an inexplicably immense part of everyday life.  I received my first guitar for Christmas at the age of 16.  It was a cheap Epiphone acoustic model that hurt my weak teenage fingers to play.  From that fateful winter morning until the present day, a six-string companion has never left my side.  I’ve been a songwriter, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist in the Portland-based rock band Ghost Atlantic since its formation in 2011.  The band’s fifth album, Gilded Rats, was released digitally on July 1st, 2022. 
 
A sixth album of new songs is currently in pre-production and will be released sometime in late 2025.
